1. Overview

At Artzebo, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival;
• The wrong product was delivered;
• The product does not match its description.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-printed or personalised gazebos (unless defective).
• Stretch tents, due to the absence of a product warranty and the nature of outdoor use.
• Items showing signs of misuse, wear and tear, or damage not caused by manufacturing faults.

4. Return Procedure

1. Email returns@artzebo.co.za within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, photographs of the item (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
3. Our support team will review your request and arrange for collection or provide a return address.

Please note: return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.

We reserve the right to deduct courier or restocking fees for discretionary returns (where applicable).

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for the same item in cases of manufacturing defects. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Warranty Claims

• Gazebos: 5-year manufacturing warranty covers material or workmanship defects.
• Stretch Tents: No warranty.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photographs of the defect. Misuse, weather exposure, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
